ABOUT SPRING BLUFF BREWING
Ours is a very small home brewery located in the Paradise Hills section of Albuquerque, NM.
Founded in the winter of 2004, Spring Bluff Brewing was originally located on the shores of the Great Lake Michigan, near a forest preserve called, naturally enough, Spring Bluff Forest Preserve. It was with a melancholy heart that we left our inspiration to head to the southwest but we hope to keep the memory of our boyhood forest paradise alive in each beer that we brew.
Spring Bluff currently has one brewer, Chris Gruber. Our 5 gallon brew house produces small batches of beer that take about three weeks from brew-day to packaging-day. We hand-fill and hand-bottle each batch into 12 oz., 24 oz., and 1 pint bottles.
We brew three "house" beers:
Chris' Copper Ale, Falcon's Eyrie,and Costigan's Revenge Pale Ale.
We plan on brewing all year round - every year.
